About Northwest Open Access Network
NoaNet is a non-profit mutual corporation providing wholesale telecommunications transport across Washington State. For 15 years it has operated a reliable public open-access broadband communication network, which now emcompasses nearly 2000 fiber miles that provide rural as well as metro areas access to broadband services, supporting 61 last-mile providers that serve more than 260,000 customers. NoaNet’s members are ten public utility districts, and Energy Northwest, and have served wholesale customers in Washington state since 2000. NoaNet provides several high speed broadband routes into the Tri Cities.
