District Projects | Pre-Qualification
Contractors seeking designation as a pre-qualified bidder for electrical work with Franklin PUD must request a pre-qualification application. The District pre-qualifies contractors to be eligible to bid on District projects in excess of $100,000. Pre-qualification of bidders will be done at least once a year in accordance with RCW 54.04.085. Contractors will be required to complete a questionnaire that enables the District to determine if they have the following qualifications:

	Adequate financial resources, or the ability to secure such resources
	The necessary experience, organization and technical qualifications to perform electrical work
	The ability to comply with required performance schedules taking into account all of its existing business commitments
	A satisfactory record of performance, integrity, judgement and skills
	Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive and award under all other applicable laws and regulations

The District will notify each contractor that applies if they have been approved as a pre-qualified bidder.
