Franklin PUD must assure our customers an adequate, efficient, economical, and reliable power system. Therefore we are constantly striving to assist our customers in identifying energy savings and promoting conservation programs that will help save dollars and promote a clean environment.

Franklin PUD has been at the forefront of conservation programs assisting customers to become more energy efficient for more than 20 years. Franklin PUD, in partnership with Columbia Basin College, sponsors an annual Renewable Energy Expo each spring to highlight both conservation and renewable energy.
